Pink Glow Collagen Martini: An Easy Beauty Collagen Mocktail

If taking collagen powder with plain water feels a little boring, this Pink Glow Collagen Martini is such a fun way to change things up.

I originally made this drink while experimenting with different ways to use my Fernes Beauty Collagen Peptides, and it turned out way prettier—and tastier—than I expected. It has a gorgeous pink color, a sweet-tart cranberry and lemonade flavor, and looks especially cute served in a martini glass.

And despite the name, my version is actually a non-alcoholic collagen mocktail. No alcohol needed.

Why I Use Fernes Beauty Collagen Peptides

The star of the recipe is the Fernes Beauty Collagen Peptides Powder.

It’s an unflavored hydrolyzed collagen powder made with grass-fed Type I and Type III collagen. The formula also contains hyaluronic acid, biotin and vitamin C.

I especially like using an unflavored collagen for recipes like this because I’m able to choose the flavor of the drink instead of having the collagen determine it.

I’ve also made a separate Amazon video where I show the Fernes powder, talk about the product and demonstrate how it mixes. Watch Here!

The Cranberry Juice

Cranberry gives this drink its deeper pink color and adds just enough tartness to balance the lemonade.

If yours is the Ocean Spray® Pure Unsweetened Cranberry, Ocean Spray says it’s made with a blend of four fruit juices, contains no added sugar and can be used as a cocktail or mocktail mixer.

The Pink Lemonade

The majority of the drink is Florida Natural Sugar Free Pink Lemonade.

This is what gives the Pink Glow Martini that sweeter lemonade flavor without needing to make a homemade simple syrup or add another sweetener.

And yes—Florida Natural really does make the Florida Natural Sugar Free Pink Lemonade you remembered.

My Little Shortcut: Italian Volcano Lemon Juice

You could absolutely squeeze a fresh lemon, but I usually have Italian Volcano lemon juice around, so that’s what I used.

You only need 1/4 ounce. It’s enough to brighten the cranberry and pink lemonade without making the drink overwhelmingly tart.

A Cocktail Shaker That Makes It Feel Fancy

You can technically make this recipe with any cocktail shaker, but if you love making mocktails at home, a nice shaker makes the whole experience feel a little more special.

I like the Hybrid Cocktail Shaker, Vacuum Insulated Stainless Steel, 28 oz because it has a more elevated look than a basic shaker, and the insulated stainless-steel design is perfect for shaking drinks with plenty of ice. The generous 28 oz size also gives you plenty of room to mix everything without feeling cramped.

It’s definitely a fancier upgrade for your home mocktail setup—and it looks great sitting on a bar cart or kitchen counter, too.

Make It Your Own

Once you know the basic proportions, this is also an easy recipe to play around with. Serve it over ice instead of in a martini glass, add sparkling water for some bubbles, or adjust the cranberry and lemon slightly depending on how tart you like your drinks.

The basic combination I’d start with is still:

1 scoop collagen + 1 oz cranberry + 3 oz pink lemonade + 1/4 oz lemon juice + ice.

Simple, pretty and genuinely enjoyable to drink.
